- Bug reports: tell us the tool, your browser and device, and what you expected. Please describe the file (type, size, number of pages) rather than attaching it — we never need your actual document.
- Tool requests: describe the task you are trying to finish; many current tools started as requests.
- Corrections: if a tool page or guide is wrong or out of date (for example a portal's size limit changed), tell us where.
- Privacy requests: to delete a message or subscription you sent us, email from the same address.
