Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of File Studio (filestudio.in) and its tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
File Studio provides free tools that run in your web browser to work with PDF, image, audio and video files. No account is required. Features may change, be marked Beta, or be withdrawn.
2. Your files and your responsibility
- Files you open are processed on your device; we do not receive them (see the privacy policy for the Share Files and AI-model exceptions).
- You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use. Use the unlock tool only on PDFs whose password you know or that you are entitled to open, the video logo remover only on videos you own or have permission to edit, and the vocal remover only on audio you are allowed to use.
- Keep your own copy of important originals. Always check a result (for example a redacted or compressed PDF) before you rely on it or send it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use File Studio to break the law, infringe copyright, remove another person's watermark or attribution, forge documents or signatures, or attempt to disrupt the site. Do not copy the site's code or content in bulk or present it as your own.
4. Information on the site
Tool pages and guides are written carefully and kept current, but rules set by portals, exam bodies and apps change. Confirm requirements with the official source. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.
5. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your files, browser and device.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, File Studio and its maintainer are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site — including lost or damaged files, rejected submissions or missed deadlines.
7. Third-party services
The site shows ads from Google and uses third-party services described in the privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
